Welcome to Aura Clinics. We are a doctor-led clinic that aims to provide a wide range of different aesthetic treatments to enhance your natural beauty. We are located in Essex, just a short distance from Dartford in Kent and East London. Our homely clinic is designed to make you feel comfortable and at ease during your visit. We believe that the environment in which you receive treatment is just as important as the treatment itself, which is why we have created a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our clients. Our clinic is easily accessible by car or public transport, and we offer free parking for our clients.

Our Policies

  • • Clients must be over 18 years old to book any procedure. It is a legal requirement that we see a Valid ID prior to treatment. Anyone unable to provide ID when asked we will not be able proceed with treatment and you will lose your booking fee

    • A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is necessary to guarantee that the clinic is available for your chosen time slot and to cover the cost of any preparations made before your appointment. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.

    • Please arrive on time for your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork, consent forms and to prepare for your treatment. This will ensure that we can start your treatment on time and that you receive the full time allotted to you.

    • If you are more than 20 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. This is because we have other clients scheduled after your appointment and we want to ensure that we can provide them with the same level of service that we provide to you.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. However, we will always provide a reason for refusal and work with you to find an alternative solution.

  • We understand that our clients' schedules may change unexpectedly. In such cases, we have established the following rescheduling policy:

    • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by calling our clinic at least 48 hours before your appointment. This will allow us to offer your original appointment slot to another client and minimise any inconvenience to them.

    • If you provide adequate notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. This deposit will be used to secure your new appointment and will not be refunded if you cancel or reschedule again.

    • If you fail to provide adequate notice or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay a new deposit to secure your next appointment. This is to cover the costs incurred by the clinic in preparing for your appointment, as well as to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality services to all of our clients.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly reschedules or cancels appointments. However, we will always work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.

  • • Our treatments are designed to enhance your beauty and confidence. However, we cannot guarantee any specific results. The effectiveness of our treatments may vary depending on factors such as your individual physiology and the specific treatment you receive.

    • It is important that you provide us with accurate and complete medical history and inform us of any medications or medical conditions before receiving any treatments. This will help us to ensure your safety and provide you with the best possible treatment.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we believe may not be a suitable candidate for a particular treatment. This is to ensure your safety and to prevent any adverse reactions or side effects.

    • If you experience any adverse reactions or side effects after a treatment, please inform us immediately. We will work with you to address any concerns and provide a solution that meets your needs.

  • Refunds are not typically offered for aesthetic treatments, as results may vary depending on individual physiology and other factors. If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please let us know and we will do our best to address your concerns and provide a solution. In some cases, we may offer a credit towards a future treatment. However, please note that this is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
